Global Generation Church is run by a team of passionate and commited people who believe wholeheartedly with the vision of the church.
Stella grew up in Cornwall and trained in Art and Design. After living abroad for a year she moved to Ramsgate to train in Biblical studies and volunteered working with foreign students in her spare time.
It was here that she met and married Mike and together they started The Pipeline Youth Initiative. Stella is part of the Church Life Team that helps equip the church and continues along with Mike to oversee Pipeline and its projects. She loves being in the great outdoors, mountain walking and big skies and has two amazing children.
Jess is a local girl who has been part of Global Generation Church since its beginning. She has been married to husband Andy for over 10 years and they have a little boy called Noah and a girl called Everly. Jess is part of the eldership at Glo with an emphasis of developing teaching, training and discipleship.
Jess is a trained teacher and currently works at a local college as a careers advisor. Jess loves nothing more than watching movies or sharing dinner with friends. Jess is passionate about good communication and teaching that enables people to be empowered to live for Christ.
Andy, originally from Seaford near Brighton has lived in Thanet since he was 18 and been part of Glo since its beginning. He has been married to Jess for over 10 years and they have a little boy called Noah and a girl called Everly.
Andy is passionate about helping people develop their leadership skills and how they can lead full lives in Jesus and lead teams from Glo to help serve other churches and events. He is a specialist paramedic working out of Ashford, loves the outdoors and adrenalin fuelled activities with his mates. He is also a pretty good cook!
Adam has lived in Thanet all his life and is currently working in a local primary school. He previously worked as a pastor at Glo and has been actively been involved in the church since it began. Adam plays piano as part of the the Glo worship team as well as being on the eldership team. He is married to Kerry, whom he met at Glo.
Initially he studied law but since then has worked for HM Customs, the police force, as a youth worker (both locally and in Gravesend) as well as being a teacher and pastor. Adam loves anything to do with creativity and people, particularly music. He really enjoys an adventure and for the past four years has travelled to Burma to teach the alpha course.
Nathan is married to his wife Heather, and together they lead the worship team at Glo. Nathan has been around since the beginning of Glo and used to do youth work in the days before Glo started. He loves playing his guitars and is in several bands. He co-founded and runs a design studio in Broadstairs, called Vision Tank, and enjoys cooking and spending time in his beach hut at Minnis Bay.
