Pipeline Youth service is the name given to a variety of different projects and events that are funded under Thanet District Council. Starting in 2002 with one tent and a bus, the event has grown year on year. 2009 saw over 1000 visits a day from people all over Thanet, the volunteers serving the event numbered just over 250, and we expanded for the first time into the next field for extra space, so that we could provide 5 daily venues : information & registration, catering, office, family fun days on the weekends and family...MORE |

Community Action Teams are teams that have been funded by the council to go out to areas that either are over grown, dilapidated or full up with rubbish, and to clear those areas, so that communities are not only being looked after, but people who aren’t able to do certain things for themselves are able to feel like they can be part of that particular community again, rather than feeling neglected or separated...MORE |
